Making a Difference

I can make a difference by continuing to go to North Elementary School. I go to Mrs. Comstock's first grade class and help them learn to read. I also help them with math and spelling on occasion. This is an activity more people should get involved in. Children today are becoming more and more lazy and aren't learning as well as they could. If more people were interested in the importance of a child's education, it could greatly increase the knowledge of these kids.
People need to realize that these children are our future. If they aren't learning, there is not a very good chance things will become greater developed in the years to come. I believe every child has the capacity to learn new things, but unless we take the time to teach them, they may never reach their full potential. There are so many different ways to make a difference in child's life, and by doing this it will also make a difference in your life.

Cedar City Dance Factory

I would like there to be a dance factory in Cedar City. This is a fun way for people to get to know each other while exercising and learning new skills. A lot of people don't think they like dancing, but I believe they feel this way because they don't know how to dance. If there were a place that people could go to learn how to dance with others, it would be much more enjoyable for them.
